Kazakhstan’s BTA Bank has announced the formation of a creditors’ steering committee which will meet in London tomorrow, Wednesday 8 February. The formation and meeting are the next phase in part of the lengthy process of the bank’s debt restructuring programme, which also involves trade debt.
The steering committee has been formed following meetings arranged over the past two weeks with holders of the bank’s senior, OID and subordinated notes, its recovery units and participants in the revolving committed trade finance facility (RCTFF).
