World Bank boosts support for emerging Europe

The World Bank has pledged to assist countries of emerging Europe and Central Asia with $27 billion in funding, including trade finance.

The World Bank Group (WBG) has announced that it is making $27 billion in funding available over the next two years for emerging Europe and Central Asia (EE&CA) countries impacted by the Eurozone crisis. Part of this funding will be levelled at further support for trade finance.
