An industry body for international trade has submitted a report stating Australia’s export credit agency EFIC is not adequately supporting small and medium sized businesses.

The Australian Institute of Exports has criticised Export Finance and Insurance Corporation’s (EFIC) support of small and medium-sized exporters in what it claims is the toughest market conditions in 30 years.The industry body for international trade submitted its findings as part of the Productivity Commission’s review of Australia’s export credit agency announced in September last year (Trade Finance 19/09/11)....
