Russia has been the most active destination country for ECA guarantees in 2011 to date.
According to Trade Finance magazine’s ECA newsletter, the last 8 months of 2011 saw ECA’s guaranteed or funded deals reach $7.4 billion for Russia. This represents 13.8% of the $53.5 billion total of all global ECA-funded transactions reported in Trade Finance’s ECA newsletter. ...
