Sinosure builds another frontier in Gabon
This financing arranged by BNP Paribas (BNPP) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) for the development of a silico-manganese plant in Gabon is a classic example of the depth of China’s penetration in developing natural resources in Africa.
