The commercial contract associated with this deal originated during the global economic crisis of 2009, and it is a testament to the arrangers together with strong support from the Finnish agencies that the deal managed to come together in 2010. It turned out to be one of the largest Finnvera-supported facilities in 2010, and also one of the largest export credit facilities in Indonesia that year.
