Magic mix for Malaysian miner
This is a highly-structured financing which helped a newly-formed subsidiary Grace Wise Pte Ltd (Grace Wise), with its capital expansion requirements in Malaysia for its iron ore project. Standard Chartered Bank (Standard Chartered) provided a competitively priced deal which compensated for the lack of a highly liquid hedging market for iron ore with a structured deal which gave comfort to the bank and flexibility to the borrower.
