Malta-based FIMBank has hired three new vice presidents with extensive international experience in trade finance as it looks to a period of growth.

Malta-based FIMBank has named three new vice presidents with extensive international experience in trade finance.

Mircea Corneliu Frasineanu has joined the bank as first vice-president and project manager, factoring joint ventures, from Bucharest-based Benefica, where he was deputy general manager. He previously held posts at Raffeisen Bank, Demir Bank, Bankcoop and the Manufacturers Hanover Trust of the Chemical Bank (Chase Manhattan Corporation).
