PetroVietnam signs thermal power syndication

PetroVietnam Nhon Trach 2 Power Joint-Stock Company has signed a loan with six banks for the construction of its thermal power project in the southern province of Dong Nai, Vietnam.

Banks have signed a $470 million project financing deal with PetroVietnam for the construction of the 750 mega watt Nhon Trach 2 thermal power project in the southern province of Dong Nai, Vietnam.

Citi's global transaction services arranged the deal. PetroVietnam is the sponsor of the deal along with group comprises EVN, VNPT Bank, Vinacomin...
