Citi was narrowly beaten into second place in the North America category in 2009 which was heavily dominated by the US banks. In 2010 we have separated out the USA, Canada and Mexico as individual categories and this has reinvigorated the voting – this year in Citi’s favour, beating both Wells Fargo and JP Morgan to the top spot.
