The US Ex-Im Bank is providing a $14.7 million guarantee to back
the export of US machinery to the Lebanese company for the
development and reconstruction of Beirut central district, known by
its French acronym, Solidere. A loan arranged and provided by
Citibank, Bahrain will enable Solidere to purchase $15.8
