Canadian mine developer Dynatec Corporation has brought in additional equity and cross-guarantee commitments for its Ambatovy nickel project in Madagascar. The developer has structured the agreements to maximize the size of its shareholding and is presently finalizing the costs attached to the project and applying to lenders for debt commitments.
