Winner: Deutsche Bank Highly Commended: HSBC

Deutsche Bank romped home with this award with more than double the number of votes of their nearest rival, HSBC. This is the fourth year in a row that the bank has secured this category after capturing it from WestLB in 2003. For Deutsche Bank to win an award four times in a row is a strong achievement in its own right. Yet to win it when the original assumption was that this was an award for specialist providers, suggests there has been something of a paradigm shift in the forfaiting arena.
